Private Flight Attendants provide direct inflight cabin assistance to all guests onboard. They are generally responsible for facilitating all meal service, technology on board, and concierge duties as related to arrival and departure of the aircraft. Every member of the crew is discreet, professional, attentive, highly capable.
You can expect the following from your flight attendant:
- Conducting pre-flight checks for cabin safety and comfort
- Ensuring comfort of the guests during the flight
- Managing and maintaining stock inventories of all desired guest amenities on board
- Communicating all details and itineraries / changes from Captain to guest

- Demonstrate an unwavering dedication to safety
- Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring all guests are attended to at all times
- Prior experience on similar sized aircraft, navigating being present while allowing guests privacy
- Hospitality and / or culinary experience, familiarity with food safety handling procedures
- Outstanding listening and communication skills,
- Great presentation and neat appearance
- Top quality customer service
- Good vision
- Use of emergency equipment and procedures
- Administering first aid, etc.
- The cabin crew usually perform a range of duties, such as airside ID checks if required, safety assessment and response handling and any administration and paperwork that needs to be completed.
- Your cabin crew can also provide you with fine cuisine and make sure that refreshments are on hand for yourself and your passengers throughout the journey.
- Whilst the cabin crew will work hard to tend to your every need, they will also remain discreet and un-intrusive. Every member of your cabin crew will be impeccably dressed, polite, friendly and professional at all times.
- If you require your staff to wear a certain uniform or speak a specific language, then we can arrange this for you. Our dedicated consultants can also find you cabin crew with specialist skills, such as fine cuisine and silver service too.
- Each member of staff will have several years’ experience working in the air and most of them will have worked in the first class or business class sections for top airlines or have a history of providing luxury services to private jet owners such as you.
- Salary starts from £50,000 – £70,000 gross per year and goes higher, depending on the flight attendant’s experience and if they are bilingual.

How We Work
Once you’ve decided what type of services you’re looking for, you need to register with Forbes Private Staff by filling out our client registration form. This will ask you to list your candidate preferences and unique requirements, as well as you will be able to read our Term of Business and familiarise yourself with our fees. Once registration is received, your information will be carefully reviewed by a member of our staff who will then contact you directly to discuss all your specific requirements in a greater detail, to note down all the final information we need to start your perfect candidate search.

Placement Fees
At Forbes Private Staff it is crucial that the candidate you choose is the right match for your family, and to ensure this we provide 12 weeks of free replacement and ongoing after-placement support.
UK Placements
- Client registration Fee – FREE
- Permanent Full-Time Placement in Childcare (52 weeks + ) - 15% of the Annual Salary
- Permanent Full-Time Placement in Private Household (52 weeks +) – 15% of the Annual Salary
- Full-time Governess or Tutor Placements – 17% of the Annual Salary
- Full-Time Dual Residency Placements - required to work in the UK and Overseas - 18% of the Annual Salary
- Part-Time Governess or Tutor Placements – 19% of the Annual Salary
- After School Childcare Placements – 18% of the Annual Salary
- Part-Time Placements in Childcare and Private Households – 18% of the Annual Salary
- Maternity Nurses - £170 per week, min 2 weeks.
- Temporary Placements – £100 per day or £450 per week.
- Trials - £450 per week, up to 4 consecutive weeks; or fixed daily fee of £90.
Overseas Placements
- Client Registration Fee - FREE for Permanent Placements
- Client Registration Fee - £100 for Temporary or Holiday Placements
- All Permanent Placements – 20% of the Annual Salary
- Maternity Nurses - £230 per week, min 2 weeks
- Temporary Placements – £100 per day or £500 per week.
- Trials - £500 per week, up to 4 consecutive weeks.
