For almost two decades, I’ve had the privilege of matching, exceeding, and managing the needs of some of the most exclusive clients. What began in my twenties as a passion for building dream teams in my own businesses has now transformed into a deep commitment to finding the perfect match for every client.

With a background in accounting and finance, I’ve developed a keen eye for detail, along with a dedication to integrity, humility, and people-first leadership. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients and candidates—from highly educated professionals and high-profile families to HNW clients and celebrities. No two placements are ever the same, and that’s what makes this work so fulfilling.
