Forbes Private Staff is a family focused recruitment consultancy specialising in placing exceptional candidates in private households in London, whole of the UK, Europe, US, Middle East. We provide highly trusted and confidential staff to our clients. Our role is to work closely with our clients and candidates, enabling us to provide the best possible solutions. We pride ourselves on our friendly and personal approach, meeting and getting to know our candidates, finding out our client’s lifestyles, values and exact requirements in order to provide a truly unique service experience in finding the perfect candidate for every diverse family.
Our mission is to bring the Forbes Private Staff experience to working families across the UK and abroad, which is why we prioritise family-first approach.
Meet the founder
Mona Johns | Founder & Executive Director
For over fifteen years I have been matching, exceeding and managing most exclusive client’s requirements; from this I attained a wealth of experience and expertise in the private household industry. Since my twenties, I have been hiring staff and building dream teams to work with in my privately owned successful businesses. With a background in accounting and finance, I have gained a keen and meticulous eye for detail; being a managing director for over a decade in the service industry I developed strong leadership and a combination of deep integrity, humility and people engagement skills.
The Private Household Service sector is my passion. Some of my clients and candidates work with me for over ten years and our relationships, to this day, are only growing stronger. I’ve learnt to be an excellent communicator and fantastic at building lasting relationships with both candidates and clients. Throughout the years I have had the wonderful privilege of working with a myriad of people : highly educated and qualified candidates, high profile clients, HNW families and celebrities that all had their own unique needs and expectations. From this I have truly learned that there are no two placements ever the same. There is a candidate out there that fits your requirements: and we will find them!
We take each placement as an opportunity to make an individual’s life easier, better and more gratifying. There is nothing more rewarding to me and my team than finding the absolutely spot-on match for our clients and candidates. We do this with high attention to detail, integrity, discretion and care that it is 100% personalised and tailored to your unique needs. As a mother of two myself, I can pertain to the worries that any parent may feel when selecting a care unit for their child and as one who has shared the experience of uncertainty when making the determination of a carer this common ground gives me a heightened understanding of how essential key characteristics are in candidates and can give our clients peace of mind.
