1UNDERSTANDING YOUR NEEDS
At Forbes Private Staff we believe listening and understanding, both to clients and candidates, is the key to successful matchmaking. Our dedicated consultant will carefully listen to and will understand your requirements, then will assess each family’s needs and the environment in which their chosen staff will function. We can also advise on scheduling and help you to define the candidate’s role.
2THE MATCHMAKING PROCESS
Forbes Private Staff conducts a specifically tailored search and selection to find appropriate candidates who match the client’s requirements. This is truly where the magic happens. We believe in quality over quantity, and will only send you candidates we believe are worth your time and consideration. But before we introduce a candidate to you, we check their documents and references, we ensure all candidates are CRB checked and all relevant certifications are up to date. We will share our interview notes with you so you can better understand the quality & personality of each candidate we introduce. You need to let us know which candidates you would like to interview yourself within our services category.
3CANDIDATE INTERVIEW STAGE
We will work together to coordinate interviews for you and the candidates in consideration. We are happy to set the first interview up inside or outside of your home. Regardless of your preference, we will help make this process seamless and easy. You can interview our candidates either over the phone, video calls, via Skype or in person. We help set up these interviews and can offer selection of interview questions and review the impressions of both family and candidates. Additional reference and documentation check can also be carried out on client’s request; however, most clients prefer to speak to the referees themselves. We can help with travel arrangements to and from the interview also.
4CONTRACT
When a family feels comfortable with a candidate and decides to offer her/him the job, we can help draft a job offer/work agreement to make sure no key consideration has been overlooked. Once the candidate has accepted the offer, she/he is directly employed by the family. All placements are highly discreet and confidential.
5FOLLOW UP AND ONGOING SUPPORT
This final step is very important and makes our approach unique. After placement of our candidate, we contact both family and our candidate to assess the working relationship. We offer post-placement support so whatever your concerns, we will be always here to help you.
