All Rounder
The All-Rounder role is an exceptional position that requires a diverse range of skills and experience in a private household or estate. This unique position combines multiple traditional roles into one, providing a wide range of responsibilities and duties. The ideal candidate for an All-Rounder role is someone who is practical, versatile, and flexible, with a wealth of skills ranging from general housekeeping to the maintenance of the estate/gardens/property.
As an All-Rounder, you will be responsible for various tasks, such as the security of the property, household maintenance tasks, and working closely with a Housekeeper to ensure the home is clean and tidy. You will also be required to perform a wide range of errands, including driving, airport runs, school runs, and general errands.
In addition to these tasks, an All-Rounder will be responsible for laying the table, clearing up after meals, silver polishing, shoe cleaning, and light household duties. You will also be required to clear and lay the fireplace, collect logs, assist with heavy items such as luggage and deliveries, help in the kitchen with food preparation, fruit/vegetable picking from the garden, gardening, organizing contractors, and general housekeeping tasks.

- The unique position of All-Rounder combines multiple traditional roles into one, providing a wide range of responsibilities and duties. The types of duties will, of course, vary in each job and are dependent upon the type of property/estate to be managed
- Security of the property and Household maintenance tasks eg Light household duties, change lightbulbs/fuses, put out recycling/bins, organise contractors etc.
- Working with a Housekeeper to ensure the home is clean & tidy, airport runs, school run, other errands
- General household duties eg local shopping, post letters, laying table, clearing up after meals, silver polishing, pet care etc.
- Assisting with heavy items eg luggage, deliveries, gardening, clearing and laying of fireplace, collecting logs etc.
- All-Rounder candidates are flexible, practical and versatile
- The ideal candidate must be able to offer a wide range of skills and services, from general housekeeping and property maintenance to gardening and pet care.
- The All-rounder will have gained ‘all round’ experience in the role and will be capable of turning their hand to a great many different tasks

UK Placements
- Client registration Fee – FREE
- Permanent Full-Time Placement in Childcare (52 weeks + ) - 15% of the Annual Salary
- Permanent Full-Time Placement in Private Household (52 weeks +) – 15% of the Annual Salary
- Full-time Governess or Tutor Placements – 17% of the Annual Salary
- Full-Time Dual Residency Placements - required to work in the UK and Overseas - 18% of the Annual Salary
- Part-Time Governess or Tutor Placements – 19% of the Annual Salary
- After School Childcare Placements – 18% of the Annual Salary
- Part-Time Placements in Childcare and Private Households – 18% of the Annual Salary
- Maternity Nurses - £170 per week, min 2 weeks.
- Temporary Placements – £100 per day or £450 per week.
- Trials - £450 per week, up to 4 consecutive weeks; or fixed daily fee of £90.
Overseas Placements
- Client Registration Fee - FREE for Permanent Placements
- Client Registration Fee - £100 for Temporary or Holiday Placements
- All Permanent Placements – 20% of the Annual Salary
- Maternity Nurses - £230 per week, min 2 weeks
- Temporary Placements – £100 per day or £500 per week.
- Trials - £500 per week, up to 4 consecutive weeks.
- All placement fees must be payed in full prior to commencement of candidate. If the candidate is required to work abroad, the fees must be settled before the candidate’s departure.
